Chicory Latte "iced
For a simple, refreshing drink ready in 1 min, opt for this cold chicory.
Ingredients: (For one glass of drink)
- 3 or 4 (depending on desired intensity) teaspoons of instant Cherico NATURE for a 0% caffeine latte or our CHERICO CAFE recipe for a morning kick.
- 10cl water
- 250 ml oat milk (our favorite 🧡) or cow's milk
- Ice cubes (lots of them)
- Agave syrup or sugar for an even more gourmet version
Preparation:
- Pour 4 to 5 ice cubes into a tall glass
- Pour in the 250ml milk
- Add milk and sugar (optional)
- In another glass, mix 3 teaspoons of plain chicory with the water.
- Stir your plain chicory mixture into your glass of milk.
- Enjoy this refreshing, ultra-digestible break.
