What is chicory?
Chicory is a root cultivated and roasted mainly in the northern hemisphere that offers a
natural alternative to coffee, with a light caramelized note and a total absence
of caffeine. It is appreciated for its unique taste and numerous health benefits (detox, natural prebiotic fiber).
How do I serve Cherico in my establishment?
You can offer chicory in several forms:
💖Our best-selling recipe: Cherico Nature Latte: 4 g in 200 ml of water or milk or vegetable drink (Oat milk works perfectly).
💖Cherico nature black version: 3-4 g in 150 ml hot water

Instant chicory: simply prepare with water or milk
(hot or cold), without a machine.
Ground chicory: Compatible with filter and French press coffee makers, but not
suitable for percolators without filter holders (espresso machines risk residue and require rigorous cleaning).
