Our history
After more than 10 years of shaking up the craft beer market by creating the GALLIA brewery in Paris sold to Heineken in 2021. We embarked on the crazy adventure of becoming a Chicory roaster, convinced that this root, which grows sustainably in France and Europe, has everything it takes to become THE drink of the future: healthy, tasty & better for the planet!
