After more than 10 years of shaking up the craft beer market with the creation of the GALLIA brewery, in 2023 we set ourselves a crazy challenge: to bring chicory back into fashion. This unique plant combines unique taste, natural benefits and low environmental impact.
Our creations? Natural, healthy, gourmet beverages that offer pleasure-filled breaks, with or without caffeine!
