Our Delivery Rates (Metropolitan France)
We've designed our delivery charge structure to be as transparent and advantageous as possible for you. Here's how it works:
For orders between €1 and €19.99:
- Point Relay : postage and packing 4,90€
- Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days) : shipping costs €5.90
For orders between €20 and €39.99:
- Point Relay : postage reduced to €2.99.
- Standard delivery (2 to 3 working days) : shipping costs reduced to 4,90€
For all orders over 40€:
- We're happy to offer you free shipping, so you can enjoy our products even more.
Our Delivery Rates (EU ZONE - outside mainland France)
- A delivery charge of €9.90 applies
Our Delivery Rates (NON-EU ZONE)
- A delivery charge of 11€ applies
Delivery zones
We currently deliver throughout mainland France, including Corsica, as well as internationally.
Delivery times
Our goal is to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. As a general rule, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and busy periods.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link that will enable you to follow the progress of your delivery in real time. Once the parcel has been picked up by our carrier, you will be informed by sms of the day and time of delivery.
