When we decided to create our NOLA Coffee, we didn't simply want to revisit a historic recipe straight out of New Orleans. We wanted to create a pleasure drink with meaning. It's not just a coffee: it's a unique blend. Chicory, seen by many as a simple addition, is a key player here. It adds a natural, balanced sweetness, softening the coffee's strength without masking its aromas. It's thanks to chicory that our NOLA Coffee offers moderate caffeine, a perfect compromise between pleasure and lightness.
For us, this blend is the expression of what we stand for with well-sourced products: a specialty Arabica coffee, Peruvian origin, roasted by our neighbors at The Beans on Fire in Paris, combined with our chicory harvested in France, soft-roasted. Two exceptional products, each with its own history, come together to create something new and different in the cup.
