100% ground chicory (harvested and roasted in France). Medium roast for a chicory with roasted hazelnut and caramel notes.
Our ground chicory is compatible with :

What's the difference between our ground Cherico Chicory and instant Cherico Chicory?
Our instant chicory offers fast preparation without the need for special equipment, while ground chicory requires a brewing process similar to that of coffee, calling for the right equipment: French press, filter coffee maker, V60, perco with filter holder.
Can I use Cherico Moulue in my grain processor?
No, at this stage the grind we have developed is not suitable for use in bean-to-cup coffee machines. Only the following machines are compatible with our ground chicory: French press, V60, espresso machine with filter holder, filter coffee maker, Italian coffee maker.
