A gentle, soothing drink, ideal to start the day or for an afternoon wellness break.
Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Cherico soluble chicory
- 250 ml oat milk (or cow's milk for a more traditional version).
- 1 tablespoon honey, to taste
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
- Heat the oat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
- Pour Cherico soluble chicory into a little hot water to create a concentrated base (the more water you add, the lighter recipe will be).
- Mix the honey (and cinnamon, if desired) with the chicory base.
- Pour the hot milk over the chicory and honey mixture, then stir well.
- Serve immediately for a comforting, enveloping experience.
