Recipe #2: Chicory Latte with Honey and Oat Milk
A gentle, soothing drink, ideal to start the day or for an afternoon wellness break.
Ingredients:
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Cherico soluble chicory
  • 250 ml oat milk (or cow's milk for a more traditional version).
  • 1 tablespoon honey, to taste
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation:
  1. Heat the oat milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling.
  2. Pour Cherico soluble chicory into a little hot water to create a concentrated base (the more water you add, the lighter recipe will be).
  3. Mix the honey (and cinnamon, if desired) with the chicory base.
  4. Pour the hot milk over the chicory and honey mixture, then stir well.
  5. Serve immediately for a comforting, enveloping experience.
